[laughter] OK. Erm … I’m Johnny and I was born in Kenya and I lived there till I was twelve. I really enjoyed everything that I was able to do and … and be involved in … erm ... as a kid. Erm, so I remember spending lots of time camping, lots of time being out in the bush, er, having hyenas sniffing at you through the tent, er, walking up to elephants at waterholes … And just enjoying being outside and enjoying being in nature. So that was probably the best thing about growing up in Kenya.
Ground rules for being in the bush: growing up, we were never allowed … erm, food in the tent, obviously, cause if you have food in the tent then … that attracts animals to that. Erm, yeah, just check your shoes and your sleeping bag before you get in, cause you never know what’s crawled in, what … erm … might be hiding inside your shoe. Like … you might have erm -, a scorpion might think it’s a really nice place to hide and crawl in, or you might end up with a small snake in it or anything nasty like that. Erm … what other ground rules are there? Oh yeah, pick up your rubbish! [laughter]
